Extranet-in-a-Box
EIM International has developed a pre-packaged extranet that allows firms to easily and securely post documents to a Website for external access. Our extranet features a simplified web interface and automated document security to ensure both easy access and tightly-controlled access rights.

Tagger
Tagger provides simple integration between the DM Webtop or CyberDocs and an enterprise intranet or other Websites. While Open Text eDOCS allows for quick entry to a web-enabled DM document, the implementation of this functionality requires the production of complex URLs, or tags, which are then placed as links on the intranet site.

Tagger simplifies this process by placing a right mouse click option within the Hummingbird search results lists. The appropriate HTML tag for quick entry into this document is then written to the Clipboard and can be copied into FrontPage, Dreamweaver, or any other web authoring-tool.

Administrators responsible for updating an organization's intranet site will save time and effort with this tool and will fully reap the benefits of extending document management tools to all users of an intranet.

Client-Matter Imports
EIM International can automate the import of client and matter information into your Open Text eDOCS database. We have written custom solutions for many accounting systems, including Elite, CMS Open, and Juris. The client-matter import may be run on a scheduled basis to automatically update information.
